At Anor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns:

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from Anor within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process/Cancellation:

  1. visit Refund & Return/Cancellation Request page or Contact our customer service team at anor.enquiry@gmail.com to initiate a return/cancellation request. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Cancellation can only be requested within 24 hours of the purchase.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and arrange for our personnel to pick up the return parcel..

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-9 business days to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Exchanges:

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item or issue a refund as necessary.
